This is a typical "you get rich scam " Millions of dollars to be paid to you for what ? Nothing ! Remember if it sounds too good to be true; well then, it isn't true ! The letter notifying you about $ I, 400,000.00 never directly states that you are the winner of this dubious and nebulous award, it just says enough to make you think you are the winner. All it wants is your $20 to register you in some lame pamphlet listing lottery or sweakstakes winners. I can't count how many e-mails I receive every month ( usually from Nigeria ) asking me permission to deposit a huge amount of monies into my bank account, for which I will receive hundreds of thousands for my charitable effort ! Free money out of nowhere is always a scam !! Be careful out there.
