I was sent in the mail documents stating that I was the prize winner of $1,400,000.00. To receive the prize money I simply had to sign the enclosed documents and send $19.99 back to the Issuances Office,Proceedings Director ,PO. Box 9004,Westbury,NY 11590-9004. I did not as I suspected fraud.
