How I got scammed is exactly what has been reported under Report: #363924 at http://www.ripoffreport.com/Miscellaneous-Companies/Dataentryportal-com/dataentryportal-com-wannex-l-xd3m3.htm .
After a few days when I did not receive any reply or acknowledgment of my payment through PayPal and after reading similar reports on Glen Douglas, I filed a claim with PayPal and asked for a refund. I am very certain that I did not receive any log in details to access the "Members-only" page of Smart Data Entry. Here are the details from my claim filed with PayPal:
From PayPal: PayPal on 11/8/2009 04:31 PST
From Buyer: MrG on 11/8/2009 04:31 PST
From Seller: Glen Douglas on 11/4/2009 05:29 PST
From Buyer: MrG on 11/3/2009 23:02 PST
Here is PayPal's resolution of the case:

I do not intend to pursue this case any further with PayPal or with Glen Douglas. I have learned a lesson and I hope that by posting this information in the Internet, other potential victims of Glen Douglas or similar predators are forewarned.
