When you place an order and try to track the order, the website is always down, they will charge your credit card before the merchandise is shipped. When you try to call the toll-free phone number or even call the regular phone number, you are on hold for 30-60 minutes. The so called professionals are always rude, they never have answer as to why the products do not ship. When you try to use email, you get an email that says call, please do not respond to this email. There are a number of electronics on the ripoff report that are located in New York. New York seems to be one big fraud town. The company I work for has to manually check all of the orders from New York due to the multiple fraud rings in the city. BUYERS BEWARE!! Even if the prices are competitive, you are risking the chance of not getting the merchandise. If you can't find it on ebay, than just do without the product. This is the first time I have had a problem with an internet order and 90 percent of my shopping is from the internet. The thing with this company is that when you tell them they have bad customer service, they come back with "your not the greatest customer" or "you have an attitude, your impatient". I guess when you order something three day delivery and you have not gotten the item in 10 days(business days), your not suppose to show any emotion.
