I ordered a Max Drive from Datel, purchased the most expensive expediated shipping(3 days), and received the product 2 WEEKS later. When the product arrived, i attempted to play the disc, it would not work. I checked the disc, and they had sent me a european version(i am located in the us) so this is useless to me.

I first tried calling tech support atleast 20 times over 5 days, within their listed operating hours, and got noone. I even went as far as to call the listed PR and Sales numbers, no answer there either. I sent several emails to the company outlining what they had done, and hadn't done. I still have received no response almost 2 weeks later.

This company is quite poorly run, they had a forum for support for one of their products, after getting so many complaints about the poor level of production, instead of fixing their product, they shut down the forum with not explanation, beware of this poor excuse for a company.
