DatesNow Cannot contact this company by email, does anyone know from experience that email cancellation works Alberta
Hi everyone,
Want to thank everyone for positng their stuff on here, it's a relief to know I'm not the only one who had this problem. None of the 1-800 numbers work for me, as I am in Canada.
I did try emailing them at remove@datesnow.com and going to the www.datesnow.com/support_contact.html site and sent them both addresses, but does anyone know if this actually will get it cancelled? I don't know of any other way to do it and am getting very frustrated... they just billed me for $79.99 US.
