Datesnow charged my credit card 79.99 for something I never ordered or no anything about Internet

a 79.99 charge was charged to my credit card on 02/08/2004.

I never ordered anything from that outfit. I checked with my credit card and they say I will have to file a dispute when I get my statement.

I told them that these outfits should be banned in some way so charges would not go thru into their bank. I would think they could put a do not accept in their computors or something to stop this stealing.
