yes i siged up for a free 45 min trial on an adult web site. they said they just needed my credit card for age verification and nothing would be charged. TO cancel they said to go to www. pzest.com and eveything would be taken care of. WEll i did that. Now month after month (months total) i have been charge 19.99 each month.

REFUND

So i called and contacted pzest.com toll free # 1-800-447-6439 i was on hold for like 15 min, then some guy finally picked up. I told him i signed up for a free trial on a website, and then he said " and you have been charged even after you have cancelled." So they must get alot of complaints. Anyways he said the sites been down for like 2 weeks, bullshit, but suddenly he accesed my account, amazing. THen he refunded my money back on my card of 59.97 which he said would show up in about 10 days, well we will see, and i let you all know if worked out.

Just as the title reads. I too am being swindled out of my money by this company. I received a bank statement last month saying "Datesnow..." has charged my cc $1.xxUS. I didn't think much of it considering it was only a dollar, but I looked again today (Feb 19, 2004), and my account was charged $79.99US. I was shocked, so I called my bank and disbuted this "fraud." Luckily I looked these posting up before speaking to the bank and used them in my case. I am going to be sent a letter that I can confirm this disbute with and the bank will get my money back. I'm hoping anyways. This is why no one should give out their creit card numbers!

Hi, I too have been ripped off. Same thing with the free site, however straight after signing up, it said my membership had been cancelled. I didn't care, so i cancelled my membership straight away. Got confimation on this staight away also. (this was mid Jan).

Then on or around early feb, it get a $106 debit to my credit card! - Same name and everything. I have yet too call them as it is in US (and will cost $$ despite being freecall). But am going to tonight to sort this out.

I have tried emailing them several times (and sending the form on Pzest.com) but there mail server never seemes to be accepting messages!!
Will let you know how it goes.

Incidently i work for the bank which i hold my Credit Card with, so i'm going to consider talking to some friends in Cards Australia about these guys!

The same thing happened to me with this company. I signed up for the free trial then I cancelled my account and they finally replied to my cancellation on January 17,2004. This email stated that my membership was cancelled and I would no longer be charged for this service. Then I recieved another email that was more formal on Febuary 5,2004, which also stated my account was cancelled and I would no longer be charged for this service. A few days later I checked my online banking and they had charged me $79.99 the day after I recieved that email. Well I called up the company and he said that he saw what happened and my money would be refunded to my card within five to ten business days. If anyone else has experience with this company or others saying that their card would be refunded I would like to know if they got their money back and any feedback they can give me if I have to face another problem with them.
