after breifly viewing their website under a limited trial period i attempted to cancel their website and it returned a "no account found message". I then called the customer service number listed on their website and was told they found the account, canceled my membership, and wouldn't further bill my credit card. Not only did they bill me 19.99 for passing the limited trial timeframe due to their website problems but they billed me 79.99 for the second month.
