Complaint Review: Datesnow Pty Ltd

I had canceled my account with them by calling their "800" number. Person whom answered their end of the line told me it would be canceled. It has at least two months since I had talked to them and I am still getting charged.

The total amount I was told I would be charged was $9.99 roughly for account set up and some other B.S. That has now turned in to roughly $140 being charged to my checking account.

I told my bank to look it up and all the report stated was Datesnow Pty Ltd, no phone number was stated. Usually when the bank gets an report it states the companies phone#.

I am trying to get out of my parents house amd get an appartment with my girlfriend. This fraudulent charge to my account is setting this back at least a couple months. If at all possible I would like to you and my bank go after this company for an refund. What they are doing to the hard working people the prey on should be stopped.
