I did a free trial for a video and cancelled within 10 mins (site said you had 30mins without a charge). I then received a confirmation of my cancellation withing a few hours. When I received my credit card bill there was a 1.97 charge for the "free" video. One month later I have a 79.99 charge for the same site. Unfortnately I live in Canada and am unable to use the 1800 # for US citizens, and my only way of contacting the company is via email, to which I still have had no response. The name of the affiliate company is www.pzest.com.
