Complaint Review: Dating Playground

Somehow this company got my credit card information and charged me $49.95 for a site I've never heard of.

The only sites I signed up for with credit card were Match.com and MillionaireMatch.com, so could it be this is where these scam artists got my credit card info?

When I received a "confirmation of purchase" from MyPaySystems, via U.S. Mail, I tried to request a refund on-line, which mysteriously disappeared when I checked on the status a few days later. The refund request site required me to enter my credit card number to "check the status of my order" or "request a refund".

When I called their phone number (866)625-4478, all I get is either a busy signal or a lady's voice with an English accent.

I am going to report this to the local television station, and have already notified my credit card company. I also believe there is more problems to come with these people having our credit card info, so I am requesting my credit card acct number be changed.
