Complaint Review: Dating Site Builder

This company is a complete ripoff. Their service is now down about 50% of the time. The website that was created is now constantly losing business and viewers because it never works properly. They want to constantly charge you more and more money to have the site do common things that a site should already do by default.

They give ZERO customer service and technical support. They just don't care, all they want is your money! I wish we would have seen these terrible reviews before getting involved with this company, and now we have to start completely from scratch to build a new website, which will take a lot of time and effort and put our business at a standstill in the meantime.

Getting a refund from this company is also impossible! When you do get to talk to someone, they are rude and unhelpful. Avoid this company at all costs!!!
