Complaint Review: Datszo Records Management

This company advertised that they had a complete system for getting corporate credit of $50K or more. This program was called the Corporate Credit Suite.  I paid $97.  I ordered it and what I got was a cheap "ebook" which was actually not a book at all but pages of slides that looked like it was created in Microsoft Powerpoint. The first 3 slides were self-explanatory about setting up an LLC or other business structure. This was not worth $97.  One of the slides was a list of banks and vendors that you can contact for business credit but the information was very general. I agree with the other complaint; it should have been priced at $9.97.  Not only was I not happy with the content, but also with their download policy. This is the email that you will receive:

**Please note:  You will establish the entity: CCORP, SCORP, LLC, NONPROFIT---according to the rules and regulations of "your state" in which the business is located.  Every step after that will be the same statewide when it comes to building business credit.

 My issue is more related to the ethics and business integrity of the company. I completely overlooked the fact that I only had 24 hours to download this ebook or that the link would expire. Expire to me did not mean that I would no longer have access to the ebook, because after all, I just paid $97.00 for this item, so that makes it mine right? Wrong!

 I have never purchased an ebook online only for it to then be removed and unavailable to me after 24 hours. Again, this is highly unethical and lacks business integrity. I believe this is a ploy to get customers to pay the money on the front end, with the hopes that they will forget to download the slides. Then this company is able to walk away with $97.00 and you are not eligible for a refund.

If you decide to work with this company, do not make the same mistake I did. Download the slides in 24 hours, as unhelpful and uninformative as they are, or risk losing $97.00 and the ebook/slide show. Why would something that you pay close to $100 not be available to you after 24 hours? Very dissatisfied and unhappy with this policy.
