The quality of the links he provide were very bad and hurt my rankings

 

Dave this report says that the links you are giving me are at 41% value of being bad links.  This is not a good PBN I went and looked at it and it is not of good quality. I am going to ask you to please remove the links pointing to the eviction site..   this is hurting more than helping that is why this is taking so long.  Your links are marked as of poor quality.
