Complaint Review: Dave and Busters

My family arrived from Illinois and wanted to go to Dave and Busters. The family does not have one close so I said for one of the family members birthday we would go to the one near me. After mapquesting and driving there we walked in to find no one to greet us.  No one was at the front desk. we walked into the building since there is a game room too.  As we were walking we seen a large dining area. We were looking at how nice it looked. As we stepped down into the dining area to get a better look an employee (male) approached us yelling that if we wanted to dine there we would need to wait to be seated and to go back up front. This person was yelling over the top of a couple he apparently was waiting on. This person was not yelling at us because we couldn't hear. There was no one else in the room. This person was yelling.. rude and swinging his arms in a combative manner.  If I had my way I would have turned around and took my party of 9 right back out the door. Instead I didn't want to disappoint, Kevin, whose birthday it was and had talked about seeing a Dave and Busters from watching the commercials in Kewanee Illinois.. The closest place is in Chicago. I did inform a person that I was yelled at and didn't appreciate it.. He laughed... I think someone needs to clean house.  The little girl who waited on us was nice. I didn't like having tips included in our checks.  The amount of poor service should be able to be reflected in the amount of a tip. I am going to see if the charge is legal..
