He sells CD roms on eBay. They do not contain what he says they do. They just tell you to go to web sites to purchase the functions that the CD was supposed to have. That is if you are lucky, some of the sites don't open. He also over charges for shipping.
When confronted, he says he will give you a full refund. Don't hold your breath.
He is a liar and a thief.
