I hired what I thought was an experienced and good harwood floor contractor. Instead I got a couple of con-artists. My hardwood floors have dents form their equiment. They dropped tools and damaged my floors further, they would not redo the floors. As well papers in my office were taken, I had other quotes from competitors. They swore constanly at each other while working. They said I would get 3 coats of stain, instead only got 2.
I asked for a satin finish, instead they gave a high gloss like like something out of the sixties. My floors are uneaven they look just awful. They have wood sanding under the stain, they did not sweep up thats for sure.
When they were finished their quote was over $2000.00 dollars. They make threats, about you better pay or else. Leanne is awful to deal with, tells you to F out of Edmonton. Wow, what a sucker I was.

These websites and blogs that our world allows today are not helpful in true professional business practise today. When someone is allowed to post an untrue or false report out of personal revenge is not professional. Most of the time these cases are not worth the time or money to fight. In todays laws it is very difficult to prove as you see in this case where the vistim knows who the unbalanced woman is who filed this report, but the reader does not. The one who posted this report does not file her real name or address for people to respond to. If this was a true legitimate claim the unstable woman who wrote this would have posted her real name and address.

This report is false... The woman who wrote the three ripp-off reports acting to be three discruntled customers is a woman in need of attention. We did her floor and we were paid, although her name was not Mrs. Zadoe. We served her for property she would not return. She attended the courthouse a few days prior to court and made an offer of settlement. We accepted. Thank you very much. We will not pursue this issue as our reputation will surpass the insults and lies.
There should be a ripp-off report for contractors who have to deal with such customers. It is unfortunate that the internet allows people to post such garbage in revengeful attempts to discredit people. The Canadian Laws for libel and slander are changing more everyday, but who wants to waste the time and money. The ones who usually benefit are lawyers.
To all of the other flooring companies out there. Protect yourself.
