Dave Perotti aka Muscle baseball aka Baseball MD sent me a signed contract promising all the rights to New Jersey by entering a 'joint venture." After he cashed my check absolutely nothing happened. I demanded my money back and for the last 4 months he has promised to return my money via voice and e-mail. NOTHING. I am aware that he has also scammed others who have already filed charges against him. I also have filed charges and will follow this to the end until he pays me or ends up in jail.

The report filed by Brian was very correct for sure. The business of Muscle Baseball relyed heavily on thrid party content vendors and frankly was run on a shoe string budget. No excuses here the business was bad from the start as the website never recieved enough traffic to sustain advertisers. In the end the company was investigated by El Doroda County
In the end however ABSOLUTELY everyone I took even a dime from was paid back in full. OVER $98,900.00 was paid back
The business should not have gotten that far out of hand and that wa smy fault but in the end all I could do was pay EVERYONE back in full and that is what I did

GOT A CALL FROM THE DAG 'S OFFICE TELLING ME THEY ARRESTED DAVE PEROTTI AND WILL GO ON TRIAL TODAY. NEVER GIVE UP, JUSTICE WILL PREVAIL. CAN'T WAIT TO VISIT HIM IN JAIL.
