Police Radio Harassment on the tv ,for the record i have a clean bill of mental health in writing obtained in preparation for the lawsuit,calling someone that reports a stalker, always makes the stalker harass you about being a mental case its just part of the stalkers harassment/disinformation campaign!

The fbi has been notified,an fbi has been filed along with many recordings of radio and or scanner feed harassment activiies and and a cease and disist order has been sent to the law enforcment community,any law enforcment comments made on this page will be deemed a direct violation of said restraining order ,also for the record i have a clean bill of mental health in writing,calling someone that reports a stalker, always makes the stalker harass you about being a mental case its just part of the stalkers harassment/disinfromation campaign and the aclu is persuing a lawsuit against the stalkers/harassers i have names addreses of all involved an investigation was conducted for over two years and evidence collection from me personally goes back to 2004 this includes videos and many audio recordings of radio harassment.

wow the police respond quiclky when you say something bad about them online thats for sure and yes its is your only recourse is to say me or anyone one else is nuts next thell probly post on here im a tin foil hat person, and a comment like you can be sane but still nuts ,wtf? and its not illegal,or usable in court  but its illegal to put it on the internet? not smart,and the fbi is investigating to by the way maybe the police show go to the fbi directly with there comments. instead of lame attempts of harassment online.

 We cannot accept your voice recordings as proof. WE are not a court of law. I doubt you followed the legally perscribed course of action on your recording. Such as informing them of your actions to record them. Which means that even a court of law WILL NOT accept YOUR recording as evidence. And I think Ken may be right. You have issues. You can act perfectly sane and still be a nutjob.

If ANY of this is true, why have you not gone to say the FBI or your states AG? YOUR voice recordings are not proof of anything other then you know how to put a sound file on the web.The courts and we cannot KNOW if the people in your recording are the actual people you have accused. Nice try but try harder. In this day and age with the technology that we have, the courts need proof that CANT be faked. And sorry to tell you this but with a single sentence uttered by a single individual, I can make ME sound like THEM with VERY LITTLE EFFORT. There are apps and programs that allow you to do this for fun. Text messages can be faked. So can emails. Pretty much the only proof that will prove your case is video evidence. Atleast video evidence tampering can be proven easier.

Your post reads as if youre part of the tin foil brigade. Perhaps a better written post will help to explain you issue better. When you make an accusation against law enforcment, you need to have PROOF. Otherwise, its all just supposition. And not to put too fine a point on this, but they MAY be wiretapping, but they NEED a court order for this. As YOU are not the issuing judge OR the requesting officer, you have NO PROOF that it wasnt a legal tap. You have only your supposition and beliefs. Both of which are inadmisable in a court of law. Also, I would duck and cover if I were you.

People like you cannot keep their mouths shut. YOU want to tell EVERYBODY of what you believe to be true. This means that there is a great chance that they already know who you are. Defamation and Slander ARE a crime. The web is considered a MEDIA OUTLET. As such, you can be held accountable LEGALLY. You have accused an entire police force of wrong doing. If it is true then you need to bring this to the proper authorities. If it is NOT TRUE and its found out to be nothing but lies on your part, they WILL hold you accountable.

AND FYI: Ken is just another user of this site. I have seen his posts around for a few months. As your report is NEW, I can safely assume that Ken is not attached to the police dept you have a problem with. Those people who have no case or that are just blowing smoke tend to ALWAYS blame anyone who disagrees with them aS WORKING FOR THE OTHER SIDE. And guess what YOU did.
