Complaint Review: Daves Transmission

I took my Ford Explorer to Daves Transmission for some work. He had my truck for three (3) days to change my tires and a tune-up. I continually had to bug him about estimates and the completion of work. He promised me BF goodrich tires, but gave me COOPER Dakota tires, which he obtained from Pep boys during "buy three, get one for free deal".

When I called him to verify the pick-up of my vehicle, he said that it would be ready. When I arrived, my truck was no where near complete. Dave was enjoying his lunch when I asked to speak with him. He told me that he would work on my car and it would be ready in an hour.

Within that one hour, no one ever worked on my car.. It actually appeared to me that he had the mechanics avoid my car. After an hour his colleague emerged and tried to calm me down..He explained that there were other vehicles that were before me... After a 2.45 hour wait, my car was ready. I will never go there again!! If your looking for customer appreciation and work commitments, seek work else where.
