So this jerk has put Flash Incentives Into liquidation??

He also owns WOWBuys and Best Bundles. My oh my. What an untrustworthy crook. Honesty is definitely NOT in his vocabulary. Since chasing my unpaid wages from this guy since August 2011 - despite an Employment Tribunal award in my favour, a high court order and a visit from the sheriffs, - David Alan Phillips still refused to pay what was owed. Has this guy got no scruples?

I am now in receipt of a form from the 'liquidators' referring my debt to the Department of Employment, so all us lovely tax paying people can pay off all his creditors because he was too much of a slimey weasel to understand and abide by the ethics of business. This guy has been allowed to trade since August 2011 and rack up serious debts, destroying many people's lives along the way. How and why does this government allow people like this to consistenly go around conning everyone they deal with?

David Phillips deliberately kept Flash Incentives trading knowing full well they had no way of paying any of their creditors (staff, suppliers etc), totally illegal!In the meantime he set up other companies to take over once Flash Incentives finally decided enough debt had been accrued.

David Alan Phillips is a pro in this antic - this is not the first company he has used these tactics on. And I expect it definitely won't be the last. Do your homework people. This bloke is no entrepreneurial businessman, he is a con - man and not a nice or trustworthy individual. Stay away from him and his scams!
