David Bresver , Fraudster Lawyer with the law firm Bresver, Grossman, Scheininger & Chapman LLP, improperly acts for both Lender and Borrower in Mortgage Registrations . David Bresver, as lawyer for the lender, Peoples Trust Company, fabricated a document that he acts for the borrower and signed it. The fabricated document signed by David Bresver was then used by Peoples Trust Company as evidence of the borrower having obtained Independent Legal Advice . David Bresver is currently the subject of a law Society of Upper Canada investigation for acting in a conflict of interest and concealing this from the Lender and Borrower.
