Mr. Buchansky is notorious for accepting cash deposits for merchandise that is to be shipped after funds are received by him. However, he fails to ship the sunglasses that he alleges to have to sell. I know of several instances, including my own, where money has never been refunded. What I am aware of us totals about $65,000. He alleges to be a legitimate optical frame wholesaler, but he appears to be a complete fraud.

The person in question here who filed this is a Mr. Art Rosenthal of Agoura Hills California. What he neglects to say is that he ordered a bunch of product from me through a third party who then refused delivery on such product and stuck me with it after all the product has been prepaid.
I have been paying back the monies due to his FINANCIAL BACKER due to his companies last minute cancellation of the order. This was a deposit on the order and I should not give anything back due to the fact that all deposits are not refundable if an order is cancelled by the buyer, as this was. But I am making good on it anyway as a courtesy.
Stay away from doing business with him or his business partners and get a FULL PREPAYMENT from them if you plan on doing any business with them or they are going to stick you and try to use strong arm tactics to recover deposits due to them cancelling an order.
