Complaint Review: David Burton

David Burton appears to be running a company that uses technology that constantly keeps "tabs" on peoples' wherabouts, aka their address.  He keeps these addresses constantly updated in a secret database, and uses this information to attempt to collect old trash debts.  He sends letters to people all over the country, in envelopes that do not show the sender is, and even appears like a check.  It is a manipulation tactic he is useing to trick people into opening the trash he is sending them.  This is considered stalking behavior, and he appears to be using this behavior to run a business and pay his bills.  Pathetic.
