Complaint Review: David C. Yu /Verdant Capital

I am writing this report to WARN potential investors NOT to trust this individual. He has systematically lied and cheated and robbed his colleagues and clients his whole career. HE was forced out of Smith Barney to go to then Paine Webber in the 1990's. HE was subsequetly caught ripping off his fellow partners at Paine Webber in 2002. He fled from there to start his own firm. I have first hand experience with this flim flam man. He cannot and should not be allowed to handle any assets in a fiduciary capacity.
