David Charles Beale answered an inquiry call on installing concrete on a commercial job. He presented a convincing array of photos of jobs that he claimed he installed and presented false documentation of insurance. He was quite the convincing calling artist to say the least. Upon filling out what appeared to be a legitimate installation agreement he asked for half of the contract amount to be deposited with him in order to start the job. We made a $2000 initial deposit with David Charles Beale as requested so that we could get this job underway. Is Crews immediately began to unload tools and wheelbarrels on the job site. He stated he had to leave and go check another job and would be back momentarily. When he came back his crew loaded up and left. I did not hear from David Charles Beale for at least five days.
On the fifth day when I contacted him and asked him when he was going to complete the job, he began screaming at me that he did not have to take this blank and began telling me how happy he was that he got to keep my deposit money and began taunting me over the phone. He claims to be a member of the Aryan nation and does not care and says he is protected and that I deserved to get the screwing that I got for being so stupid to write him a check. He laughs about stealing the money and states that he makes six figures and lives on the lake with jet skis bass boats and all kinds of toys and taunted me by telling me that he was going to take my $2000 put it in his bass boat and drive around the lake all weekend drinking beer. I am quoting exact words verbatim that he stated to me. He has cost me not only the money that he has stolen but downtime and penalties for not completing the job on time as this was a commercial project. He lives in a trailer park in magnolia Texas and operates his concrete business out of a trailer located on FM 2978 in Magnolia, Texas. He also claims to have been trained formally to do as he is doing by his own father who he claims to be the best at ripping people off "". I did look into his father and he is also in the concrete business but he covers several states. He is father is not currently part of this complaint however authorities are currently looking into his father and his business practices as a result of this investigation and posted alert.
Do not under any circumstances give David Charles Beale any money or property or anything of any value whatsoever and do not do business with this man as he has no intentions on completing any work that he iagreed to do. I should've known better when I noticed his wheelbarrels and shovels looked brand-new. I have located approximately 30 individuals that he has done this exact same scam to as they are on file with the Better Business Bureau in Houston.

Jessica, I know that you are David's girlfriend. I also know that a theft report including terroristic threats was filed against David Charles Beale back in 2014 for the theft of the $2000. From the Hyatt House Hotel job. David Charles Beale made multiple threats against our family. He has A very long criminal record including felonies. We do not take that lightly at all. We took the highroad and let the court handle the situation. After The judge reviewed the case along with photos of no work done it was very clear that David did not do the work nor never intended on starting or finishing the job or anything. There were no lies except from David Charles Beal. He was ordered not to go anywhere near me or my family because of his threats and he did so by going to the restaurant behind us not 15 minutes from leaving the courtroom .
Don't be a fool. I am not going to be intimidated or threatened by David Charles Beal. He had the opportunity to go to court and hear the case by a jury. He opted to pay restitution and do the right thing instead. Take that and leave me alone. If this conversation continues I will again forward it to the DAs office as you and David were ordered not to contact me and that includes social media . I know of four other people that are looking at this same case who David did not finish their jobs and are considering filing with the state attorney generals office themselves so David needs to focus on his life and getting his life straight . James also made a FALSE report to the courts that we "FOLLOWED" him to a restaraunt lol, mind you we parked in that parking lot. he left the court way before we did (so how would we know where he was), also that was he first time seeing him so we couldn't pick him out of a line up if we had to. we sat down to eat lunch before driving 2 hours back home! he reported that we sat down directly next to him and intimidated him with our looks haha, HOW CRAZY IS THAT! like we have nothing better to do. i doubt he was even in the restaraunt. BTW there were police officers at EVERY table having lunch, if he felt so "threatened" wouldn't he have gone up to one of them? instead he flagged down an OUTSIDE police officer who came to our table and asked us if we knew he was there. it's crazy how people can lie and just do a he said she said ordeal. and post false information on social media. THE ONLY REASON HE GOT PAID BACK WAS WITH ONE QUESTION FROM THE JUDGE: who has a record! not because the job wasn't done! be careful who you work for! THE WORK HAD BEEN DONE FOR WHAT WAS PAID. have a great day JAMES! What goes around comes around! two large people are so scared of two people in there twentys lmao!

David Charles Beal was ordered on March 2017 by the criminal court in Houston to repay the $2,000 he attempted to defraud us out of... only after pleading guilty to death threats, only after facing the truth in court. That's the facts in this report rebuttal... I suggest Mr Beal discover God in his life BEFORE ITS TOO LATE. I forgive him.
