Complaint Review: David Cohen

I am so steamed.  After having our timeshare listed with this company for 8+ months he finally calls and tells us that it is sold.  All we have to do is send him $950.00 for an International transfer fee. Upon checking the internet for fraud claims against him and finding nothing on him or Vacation Station, and contacting the BBB and Attorney General of Florida we decided to go ahead and proceed with the deal and wired him the money.  You guessed it, that is about the last we heard from him. Last week all his phones, not to mention the International Transfer Agent Michelle Heath's phones, have been disconnected.  I am so sick of people taking advantage of other people.  This guy is a fraud and has done this to other people under a diferent company name in Boca Raton.  Why does the State of Florida let them get away with it?  It is STEALING as far as I am concerned.
