David Wilson, owner of Wilson Spotless Cleaning Service of New Jersey, which has as some point merged with ATC Builders(reportedly out of Toms River), hired myself and several other gentlemen as laborers, helping to satisfy the FEMA/insurance standards for lifting the homes along the Jersey Shore. However, after two weeks of work, David Wilson has refused to answer his phone calls from both the laborers and the contractor(Shore Home Lifters)! And has also refused to pay us laborers the amount(13.00 per hr) agreed upon for our full 5 days of labor! Because this man(David "Dede" Wilson: and his mysterious partner, known only as Jeffries) currently has all our names/addresses/social security information, they can go elsewhere and begin again using our information as owners of a new business; which will swindle even more money from contractors seeking to lift Jersey homes above the flood level!

Mr David Wilson and his Partner Yehudi Badillo (aka Jeffries) have paid me my due, but there are still employees who have not seen a dime of what they're owed for up to 44.5 hours of work!!
