Complaint Review: David Ebrahimzadeh Felice DiSanza Suite Dreams LLC

The previous job I held was as a manager at (Suite Dreams, LLC) Hotel Carlisle, 1700 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle, PA 17015. ~ It was an experience to say the least. Pulling 70/80 hrs a week, as we all worked around the clock to to try and bring this once lavished Hotel back to the beauty it once was. The owners of the hotel reside in NYC, which myself & the staff have only seen once. They didn't provide their phone numbers, only emails, to which they never would respond to when issues would arise. Here are the names of the owners. They also own a company in NYC called Corniche Capital. Here's all I could find on them. David Ebrahimzadeh & Felice DiSanza 551 Madison Ave. Suite 1101 New York, New York 212.317.1410 ext. 210 We dedicated our life to turning the Hotel Carlisle around.  There were so many negative strikes against the Hotel, we wanted to show the city that we could turn it around and start making money again! We were so driven to do so.... until the owners, not only stopped paying the bills... but they stopped paying us (the employees) as well. Promise after promise, "you'll get your money, just hang in there." There's only so long we could hold on. Finally after 7 weeks of no pay, we locked the doors to Hotel Carlisle. We were exhausted & devastated. Dedicating our lives to a company that gave us nothing but broken promises and heavy stress. *Today, 10 months later, no one has yet been paid.* We have reported them to every source you can think of. Some have even got a lawyer... however, I cannot afford a lawyer. Everyone of us have reported to the PA Labor Board, where it was escalated to The Federal Labor Board, to only be deescalated back to PA Labor Board because they couldn't find 'proof' of who the owners were. (Really?) Yet, we have paperwork & proof of ownership that we have submitted.  As we await any sign of hope for all of us involved, the owners are still taking their fancy trips as they live their luxurious life. (Seen on their facebook pages) Regardless of all that, how could this have happened? Why is no one helping us?! And why aren't these terrible examples of men being held accountable for their actions?! This case is bigger than what we can handle. Almost $100,000 is owed to us in total. Let alone $80,000 to Cumberland County Water Department, $60,000 to PP&L electric & all the other companies that have never been paid. The stack of bills were a foot high! How is this even allowed? I really am confused, angry and we are entitled to our money. This situation is a true reality check of how cold the world is. But, no one said life would be fair. There's only winning & losing... and y'all, this is not a battle that should be lost. We all feel defeated yet somehow still holding on to hope.
