David Schatzberg (Columbia Construction Services St Clair Shores, MI) now the proud president of another rip of general contractor - Venator Contracting Shelby Twsp, MI is still in motion to destroy the small business contractor that delivers exceptional work and takes pride in doing so. Our terms were upon completion..amazing...David's phone and Venator's phone is not being answered when they see our number.We at least pursue our monies owed knowing the owner of Burwells' Restaurant in Charlesotn, SC was very happy with the polished concrete flooring installed.
John Thomas the owner was a great guy and we sure hope he is not involved in this sub-contractor scheme with 'The Crook" David Schatzberg.

Please accept this as a complete retraction of the false and inaccurate statements contained within our October 2, 2012 posting on Ripoffreport.com regarding David G. Schatzberg and VenatorContracting Group, LLC. The October 2, 2012 posting resulted from a good faith misunderstanding regarding payment terms on a construction project on which Venator Contracting Group, LLC hired my company, Exterior Elements, dba Alternative Floors, as a subcontractor. The October 2, 2012 posting on the website contained several false accusations and statements and should not have been posted.
Specifically, we have no evidence that David G. Schatzberg has engaged in any wrongful, and/or illegal conduct. Accordingly, we had no basis to accuse Mr. Schatzberg of being a crook. Furthermore, we had no basis to claim that Venator Contracting Group, LLC is the same company, an alter ego, subsidiary and/or successor to Columbia Construction or Columbia
Contracting . In fact, Venator Contracting Group, LLC is not related at all to Columbia Contracting or Columbia Construction.
We are now informed and believe that Mr. Schatzberg was merely employed by Columbia Construction Services and that he voluntarily terminated his employment with that company. He was never a corporate officer of that company.
We apologize to Mr. Schatzberg for conveying the above false statements regarding his business reputation and are genuinely sorry for any harm we have caused in this regard.
