David Gibson Phiranakeeper.com cashed check and did not provide product ordered Redford Michigan
In the beginning of April 2015 I sent a check in the amount of 13.00 for the purchase of a novelty license plate, the Wizard of Oz...RUBY SLIPPERS. The check was cashed and to date, 05/8/15 I have not received the product. It is impossible to reach David Gibson on the internet and there is no phone # listed. Would appreciate refund or preferrably the product.
