My husband purchased a vehicle for me, after test driving the car the motor in the seat stopped working. They agreed to take the car for repairs. The car was returned to me with the lock system broken. the locks will only open with the key. At that point The finace and the Sales manager for that location informed me that the problems will be fixed and that they would even lower the price for of inconvienince. The car was then taken for repairs yet again. At this point the one of the managers quit and the other went on vacation. After being out of a vehicle for 3 days I finally called to talk to the sales department.

The service department informed that they were waiting on a ok form the manager to do the repairs required because of the expense. I then called Mr gossette. David Gossette. I left him a voice mail. He has yet to retun my callls buit put fourth and effort to call the other manager for that location to tell him that due to the tone in my voice he has no interest in getting my car fixed. He said that after reviewing the deal we lost to much money and that he refused to do it. The car inside and outside locks will not work even though that was the agreement upon purchase.

After serveral attempt gossett has expressed no concern in my business or my car or my saftey for that matter. I have purchased over 4 cars from them and referred over 15. I will ride a big wheel before I ould ever purchase anything from them again. Please help.
