This is follow up on the post for Davit ( GYOT ) Karen  Mkrtchyan, who is looking for his missing sister, an Armenian woman, Irma Mkrtchyan, from Las Vegas.  Irma went missing on January 19, 2014. But on January 23rd, four days later, Irma’s son Arthur got a call from his aunt Nona Naira Balasanyan Keseian. She told him that your mom is here in Los Angeles, don’t worry she’ll be back soon. Later she denied to the detectives that the conversation even took place.

Several people also confirmed that Irma was going to California. In “APPLICATION AND AFFIDAVIT FOR SEARCH WARRANT” the detective writes how Sherry Burch, who works at Las Vegas Community Counseling Center, describes meeting Irma and was told by Irma that she is leaving for California (see attached file). Joan Warren Karp from Las Vegas, Irma’s friend, told Davit on Facebook that Irma told her she is going to San Diego (see attached file). We met with Davit and his relatives twice at our house and once at police headquarters. Each time he would provoke a fight. In the house, he told his relatives to not drink the coffee, as it had been poisoned. At the police station, he instigated a big fight with Irma’s ex-husband Ara just because he mentioned Arthur receiving a call from Nona. He insisted to ‘Leave Nona out of this!”

Around February 10th, 2014 he gave a false statement to police detectives about how he saw Irma’s car (which he never saw, because the car was parked in the garage) all covered in blood inside, and Ara’s ties to Armenian organized crime. None of this was found to be true after the search. Later he said Arthur, Irma’s own son, cleaned all the blood and that’s why the forensics team couldn’t find anything. Any other state than The Great Police State of Nevada would charge him with perjury.

Davit likes to talk a lot about Armenian traditions in his own view like one in “APPLICATION AND AFFIDAVIT FOR SEARCH WARRANT” he told detectives that “Armenian women don’t do this” (see attached file).

Davit also was trying to hide Irma’s affair with the fake pastor married man Dennis Sutphin, married to Elizabeth Sutphin-Postajian. A few months later, after Irma’s disappearance, Dennis was evicted from the house he was renting and his whereabouts are unknown.

The next Armenian tradition he explains, in “DAVIT MKRTCHYAN’S MOTION TO INTEVENE AS A PLAINTIFF” FILED AT Las Vegas District Court (see attached file).  According to him, there is a tradition in Armenia that if anyone is indebted to a diseased person they have to immediately repay that debt to either the surviving spouse or the eldest son. WOW.  And lucky for Davit  whose mother, surviving spouse has only two weeks to live since August 1996 (Davit even told to detectives in March of 2014 that his mother has only two weeks to live) , people lined up to repay the debt $100.000 in U.S currency. This is complete and utter nonsense. Anyone who knew Surik Mkrtchyan knew that he was a poor man and not a generous person either. When his mother Eliza passes away, Davit can probably cash in another $100,000 because knowing her as very kind woman, she probably loaned more money than Surik.

Ara hasn’t had any contact with Davit since 2008. When his father died, he did not call to express his condolences, which by true Armenian traditions is unacceptable. However there was huge feud between them and no longer being married to Irma, Ara didn’t feel any moral obligation to do so. From what Ara had heard, everyone was asking Davit and Irma at the funeral why there were no calls or any response from Ara. Ara explained in February of 2014 to the detectives of the LVMPD that David used the police as a tool to get revenge on Ara. To which they responded by saying “We are not saying whatever Davit is doing is right, but he is not breaking any laws” (false statement and ratting your friends/relatives out is always welcomed by Police). But in Armenian tradition, there is one short name for Davit’s actions- “Gyot”.

At last, I want to commend his debtors.

Razmik Nubaryan - $20,000 – contact number: 374-(((redacted)))

Hrachik Nazaryan (uncle) - $18,000 –   number: 374-(((redacted)))

David Gulanyan - $15,000    -   contact number: 374-(((redacted)))

Hayk Nazaryan (uncle, alcoholic all his adult life) - $10,000 – contact number 374-(((redacted)))

Hayk Khalafyan - $7,000 -  contact number: 781-(((redacted)))

Mkrtich Mkrtchyan - $5,000 – contact number: 374-(((redacted)))

Since Irma’s disappearance, Davit has tarnished her legacy and name. He, himself, has always destroyed the relationship he shared with his niece and nephew as an uncle. Not only did he force Diana, his niece, to obtain a restraining order against him but he is now attempting to rob them of their future inheritance with this bogus motion. Not understanding that with this affidavit he is breaking numerous federal laws and regulations, in the hopes of cashing in big. But that’s Davit Gyot Mkrtchyan and no one knows what is going through his head. We wonder if his family members or relatives are aware of this new low that he is willing to go.
