Thanks in advance for listening, I'm tired of being ignored. In the Eighties I joined the Oxford Club an Investment newsletter. I answered an ad for some rare coins at spot price. I bought 5 Double Eagles. I answered another ad in the same issue for a Coin book by David Hall. Denise Gavert was then assigned my case. I could deal with no other person at that firm, even though I tried.

First thing I told her was that I was waiting for some gold coins. And that I had no interest in silver at that time. She convinced me to buy silver coins which btw all dropped in value. She must have sold me 15 silver coins before my gold coins arrived from RUFFCO Co.

I told her that I wanted to have my gold coins graded by PCGS then returned to me. Denise told me to send them to her at:
FRED WEINBERG & CO
16311 Ventura Blvd., Suite 550
Encino, CA 91436
I did as she instructed.

I called her 3 days later and asked Denise to write my name on the submission form, she refused. She said she had to see if they were any good. After she opened the letter I heard her gasp then the line went quiet. I had to turn the volume all the way up to hear anything Denise said it was so difficult. As was trying to get her to write my info on the PCGS sheet I asked "Why she didn't write my info from the return address on the envelope? Denise said she threw it away. I then asked what they were worth? She said they might be counterfeit. I was shocked. I was struggling with her to finish writing my name and address on the sheet. Suddenly she yelled "You said you wanted them back!". I almost dropped the phone, I was in shock. I said "I didn't want them coins". Denise then sent me 5 practically worthless silver coins.

I called her and said I wanted my coins back. She said that wasn't possible. She hung up. Next she was moved into a new house and was lost to me. Then David Hall Rare Coins said she doesn't work there anymore. Her husband could not get her to talk to me. Everybody was protecting her and shunning all my calls. I felt so defeated and depressed. Here is what I sent to her:
1863s Proof Double Eagle with a Paguette Reverse
1866 Proof Double Eagle With the stars on the reverse in a constellation
1873cc Double Eagle nearly perfect
1897 Proof Double Eagle
1907 Proof Double Eagle Ultra High Relief Saint Gaudens

Ok so WHERE is the COVERT HYPONOTISM????Im NOT seeing it!!! PLEASE explain to the entire web HOW covert hypnotism was used on you. Did this person make you watch a "swirly" video?? Did they wave a watch in front of your face?? HOW were YOU covertly hypnotised??As a previous poster has suggested the value of what you have described isnt matching up with your figures. Can you clarify the HOW on the supposed hypnosis happend?

I ordered my coins in '88 then I ordered a rare coin book from David Halls' Rare Coins. I was always connected to Denise Gavert when I called, thereby engendering a false sense of trust. I purchased several 20th century silver coins, she played me like a fiddle. After several years of that I recieved my gold coins from Ruffco and I wanted to get them graded for protection from damage. Denise told me to send them to her at Fred Weinberg & Co. where she stole them from me.

This Ripoff Report is perhaps the most fraudulent ever submitted. The original author lists coins worth well into seven figures, but his own posted receipts prove that they were valued at just $2,000, and thus were not the rare dates listed. The original author should come up with a new scam that does not insult the intelligence of anyone whose IQ is above 40.

I told Denise Gavert of David Hall Rare Coins that I wanted to submit my coins to be graded by PCGS. She told me to send them to her at:
Fred Weinberg & CO

She stole the coins from me there using covert hypnotism.

Covert hypnosis and psychological terrorism?  What the hell are you talking about?

Not only is this report nearly completely incoherent, I cannot see how it applies to David Hall Rare Coins at all.  The report is about a Denise Gavert and a Fred Weinberg and Co.  Is this about something that happened in the 80's?  You ever hear of the statute of limitations?  Your mind still holds on to grudges from the 80's?

If you are alleging a recent theft of your property you need to get the police involved.  But from this report and especially it's title, you seem like some crank mumbling about something that happened 30 years ago and targeting some company that wasn't even involved.  Can you write something a bit clearer, esp when you are attacking someone's character and livelihood?
