David Han Files fake claims on ebay and paypal to get refund for items received! Anaheim California
BEWARE. This user, previously registered on ebay as dhan087, and on paypal as 0087han@gmail.com is a SCAM ARTIST.
This user purchases items on ebay, then unregisters the username. Then once the item is sent and received they file a false "item not as received claim" with PayPal. When told by PayPal he has to return the item to the seller, he sends it to a false address so it gets sent back to him. If not refunded by paypal, this scammer will file a charge-back with the credit card.
Do not sell any goods to this user as he will attempt to receive a refund and not pay for the item, but keep it!
