After multiple calls to an aparently ligitmate number to arange pick of a brand new cobra kayak with no answer or respose to messages left, david hicken wrote and said that he ahd sold my kayak to someone else because he "thought i didnt wnat it anymore."

I was unable to establish contact with him after that despite multiple attempts including Square Trade. He terminated all contact and informed me that it was sold almost exactly 90 days after the sale was made, seemingly to prevent any negitive feed back or to claim pay-pal's $500 promised in case of fruad.
all record are ligit I payed through pay-pal with a credit card and even requested all phone records showing that I had tried to contact him over the month even after he was aware of all of that he refused to contact me or refund my money.

I even told him that I would not sue him for:
Class A misdemeanor theft, multiple interstate commerce violations, ebay and internet fraud, illigitimate business transactions, false advertising, sale of an item not in the sellers ownership, breaching of a ligitimate and legal contract, agreeing to terms with intentions to break or disregard agreement, refusal of civil mediation, theft with intent to leave the country to escape prosicution (instantly making him a fugitive if convicted of interstate commerce felonies) if he merely refunded the $660 USD that he had taken I was very nice to him when I wrote
I have concluded that he may have felt that he did not get enough money from his "no reserve" brand new Cobra kayak (fully loaded)retailed at over $1400 according to cobrakayaks.com june 2003. so he had to make up for it by re-selling and keeping my money.

I am intending to sue him for as much as legal council advises in a formal lawsuit under every possible violation, without chance of an out of court settlement.
I advise: do not buy from "bankokcompany.com" or David Hicken
