I am now, looking into getting an attorney and getting the money I paid him and the price of the bike. Luckily being in the military an attorney shouldn't be a problem.

Sorry about what happened, sounds like he did the same thing to you; then the reason why your bike works worse would be because he stole parts out of your bike.  Are his address and phone number the same?  If not please reply with an update.

If your business is so legit, then how do you explain how I was able to ride my bike into your shop, and when I recieved it 2 months later and $500 dollars my bike had to be trailered to me. Everytime I called to ask the status you would either tell me how you think it was one thing and would supposedly swap out parts or you would tell me it would be done the next day that you would call me. You would'nt call me and when I would call back you told me you hadn't even looked at it. Please explain to me what kind of mechanic gives a customer back a product that works worse than when its brought in?

If you cant help yourself and want to trust David when he tries telling you, as he's told his "friends," that "he didnt know" the bikes and parts were stolen, ask yourself something: have YOU ever pleaded guilty to a crime that you didnt commit?  Do YOU have any motorcycles in your garage, that have serial numbers that match stolen vehicle police reports, that you didnt know about? Would YOU ever be so ignorant as to stock your business' inventory with engines or parts that HAVE NO serial numbers?  

3 years?  No, it was right around 18 months ago, which means David's probation ended just in time for his response to this report, so I'm sure he remembers the dates quite well.

What a shame they dont teach you how to accept responsibility for your actions while youre serving your time; I might have been open to resolve this through the website.  But I see that's just wishful thinking, as some people never learn or reform.

I have nothing to hide and proud of our work just ask any of our many customers. I just recently learned about this jerk from a good customer of mine claiming he saw this complaint on the web and suggested I reply so here I am. I worked on this mans Motorcycle, towed it all the way from daytona after another Mechanics reffused to work on his 2000 kawasaki zx12. I returned the motorcycle to Daytona Fun machines, Daytona beach Florida which mechanics there reffused to work on his project becasue he wanted to get the work done for free. He woulden't of paid me if his motorcycle would have been missing a "head" when I delivered it. Anyone who is not ignorant would know that If a head was stolen from a motor it would be clearly visable at the time of delivery. Funny becasue he claimmed the previous person who worked on it had done the same exact thing. I wouldent be suprised if he is also bashing that mechanic for something he didn't do. I  redelivered it exactly the way I received it. This was about 3 years ago(todays date is 5/2/2011 so I cant remember this customers name but I would be more than happy to meet with him. But just like most internet gangsters I am sure he'll be hiding behind his keyboard instead of coming into the shop like a normal person with a spine would. Thanks for all who read this and let the truth be know.

My bike had full compression and passed the leak down test before he picked it up. Now it fails the test because he stole my head out of my engine and if he bothered to put one in, its junk. The bike wasnt leaking at all before he took it, but it was when he returned it, and he said its leaking because of a prior repair that I had done. bit of a sad story, apparently he was molested as a child, went thru a bitter divorce and custody battle, but there is no telling what is true and what is a lie with this guy, and regardless of the truth there are no excuses for making a living as a theif, so if you only want to deal with people you trust, stay away from him. he also has a complaint against him with the BBB better business bureau.
