when i first started 1stmeds the service was decent, as time went on my deliveries became further apart. as other people no when you would call customer service you would be on hold for 45 minutes or be lucky if anybody would answer. mind you i used there services for almost 3 years, so i was shocked when i payed my 148.00 dollars and did not receive my medicine. i was told by customer services my account would be credited, it never happened. 2 years later i still have not had my account credited. i tried over and over to call but there number was disconnected. i feel sorry for all the consumers that trusted the crooks, do you think there still in business just under another name? i bet they are.
