This company STOLE money from my mom by promises made about time stamping corp documents to insure she would be a legal company by the end of 2009 and could take advantage of tax write offs as a result. This was a lie and they refused to refund her money, instead they formed a corp well after the promsied date of Dec 31st after she told them not too!!! They now refuse to refund her $1000 becasue the manager William Bradferd states the services were provided. I did some checking and a company owned by the same man formed the corp and he is one of 11 fraudulent companies owned by these thiefs. Shame on you all for taking money from people. This is a sin and a crime and Karma is going to catch up with you sooner than yu think.
