Complaint Review: David Lazar former CEO of DIco Inc.

David Lazar, former CEO of Dico, Inc. screwed so many shareholders over that I've lost count. 

I strongly suggest to get away from him as far as you can. Mr. Lazar is someone who doesn't care for the shareholders value, the companies that he is involved with are either in crazy RS or in dilution on each and every ticker that he has. 

I've called him several times I left dozens of voice messages and I never got a call back from him (that's how he cares for shareholders). 

Also, look what happend with Dico, Inc. that company is delisted. Please, do not work with David Lazar, you will end-up with empty pockets.
