David Martinez & Jacqueline Griselda Martinez Deadbeat Dad, and Enabler Beltsville Maryland
David Martinez is a deadbeat parent, baby maker, and rapist. This man (and I use the term lightly) and I have a child together. My son is going to be five (5) years old, and he is the oldest of four (4) children fathered by David Martinez. David refuses to pay child support and his arrears are close to $30,000.00 for my case, and over $20,000.00 for another case. His Enabler and current wife, Jacqueline Griselda Martinez claims the two children she and David have on her taxes, instead of letting him claim one of the children in order to pay off some of his child support debt.
David will work, until child support enforcement catches up. After one parcial payment comes out of his check, he quits that job. He has no assets, because everything is in his wifes name.
When I call to invite David to his son's birthday party's, Jacqueline tells me "He doesn't want anything to do with your (((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE))) child, and don't call here again. Even if you die, he still doesn't want people to know that little monkey is his." Nice, right?
It's not that I care what they think, since they don't dress, clean, or keep thier kids looking nice, or healthy. My whole thing is this: He has a reaponsibility to our child, even if he doesn't want that responsibility. His wife has no reason to put her nose into buisness that doesn't concern her, especially since she named her oldest son by him after my child. How pressed to be me is that?
Point is this: David Martinez needs to pay his court ordered child support, and Jacqueline Griselda Martinez needs to mind her business, and let him pay his child support, and make him pay it.

Sorry excuse for a man filed all these court proceedings to have the child support he already doesn't pay reduced, the he doesn't even show up for the last court date because he moved from Maryland to Texas. He owes over $25,000.00 in back child support for just my son, and another $24,000.00 for another child from another woman.
He didn't even say anything, and I only found out because he happened to move near one of my friends out there.
Jacqueline is his enabler. She cheats on her tax return so that child support doesn't take David's portion, so she files single head of house hold.
They currently live:
