David Morton Requested I Pay For A Credit Report Without Being Able To View Rental Property Tigard, Oregon
I have no problem providing sensitive information after I have viewed the property and decide to move forward with the processing of the application. But, people beware of those advertising apartments when they are just a room and bathroom in someone's home. This is the second one today who has demanded credit bureau copies on their site with charges $29.99 monthly..... I did it the first time and the site is horrible and impossible to use, not to mention the customer service is out of the the USA and doesn't provide any useful information. This is clearly a Scam and when advertising a rental...there are disclosure laws.

This is not a shared advertisement However; he listed this property for sale 5/1/2024 the very day he tried to rent the property. Renting it out on a 12 month lease and then selling it out from under them without any notice. A true scammer.
