This father and Son crook duo will screw you if they make ANY kind of deal with you. I framed an office building and they got me for 7600.00. I leaned the property and called the bank who had their construction loan and they got far enough along to draw money and they skipped town to Kentucky. I sure hope I see one of them again one day.
