David Rainoshek Juice Feasting Passion Project: ripping off me Internet

I joined the 92 day Juice Feasting program run by David Rainoshek on Aug 27.  Part of the program -- as advertised -- was an interactive forum, called the Green Room.

Mistakenly, I was not given admission to this "green room" -- so i contacted the Support Email 4 or 5 times with no reply. I contacted David Rainoshek himself, with no reply. Finally, under the 60 Day money back guarantee, I requested my money back ---on Sept 22 (after receiveing no reply for more than a week).

The program was not what I wanted. I wanted an interactive program. Besides, the information had not been updated and it was not of value to me. 

I still received no reply to my request for a refund. I then tried contacted DR by facebook. I tried his business partner and the Juice Feasting Facebook page. Still no reply.

Oh, yes, on one of his facebook pages, upon sending a message, an automated message directs the sender to several of DR's webpages where they can find his "passion projects" -- I guess he has a "passion project" for ripping off me -- or at least it's negligence. 

I suppose if he had to be away for an emergency -- he could have automated a reply to that effect? But no, it's just negligence and sloppy business ethics. 

 I did pay $60 for this program and the incredibly irresponsible leadership here --and  non-existent customer service -- means that the money back guarantee is not being honored. Nor is the program as stated. 

This behavior is shameful. I hope he will return my money (though at this point, I doubt he will).

Updating my Report: My money was refunded finally. David Rainoshek seems to me well-intentioned but not very well organized in his customer service or in how he represents his programs.
