David Rogers USA Legal Services Arrest Warrant chicago Illinois
My client in a confimred Chapter 13 bankruptcy just received a threatening email from David Rogers of Chicago, suggesting she would soon be arrested for failing to pay a bill she knows nothing about. I called the number and a person with a very thick accent claiimed he was Mr. Rogers, spoke a few sentences, put me on hold, and hung up. I have seen these scams before but never bothered to comment.
