I wanted to say that I sent 245.00 to David Ryan on 7/08/08, I sent an email saying that I was sending the cashier's check and application, and received an email PROMPTLY, saying thank you and that he (David Ryan) would be looking for it, and he looked forward to a profitable future together.

One week later, I received an email saying my application had been received, and I was given the web site and access codes to get the downloads that I was supposed to study and was told to open 2 trading accounts, one for stocks and one for forex, which I did, and sent David Ryan the account numbers (not any passwords) as he said to so he could deposit the proceeds from investing the 200.00 dollars I had sent him.

I sent NUMEROUS emails trying to get further instruction on how to proceed next, but I received no emails from him. I sent one email afterwards asking him if I had been scammed, since I had not gotten an response from him. He sent me an email saying that was the only email he had received from me. I sent an email with some of the questions I had from the previously sent but UNRECEIVED? emails, and he sent me back an email saying he was reading it now....that was on 8/11/08 and I have yet to get any response from him.

I reported what had happened to the United States Postal Service, as he is using US mail in order to perpetrate fraud on recipients.

Support@USPS is the address I was given to report this scam artist, If anyone wants to help get him out of the mail service and investigated.

I can only conclude from the inaction of Mr. Ryan, that he is indeed scamming people, because even the most inept person would be more organized as far as getting back to people who are supposed to help you make money...unless the HELPING has already been done in his eyes.

So, please do not waste your hard earned and scarce money on this one!
