Please take notice that David S. Katz and Global Security Group, Inc. (the “Plaintiffs”), have initiated an action in the Superior Court of of the State of Arizona in and for the County of Maricopa, Case No. CV2013-003905 (the “Action”).
In the Action, the Plaintiffs seek to subpoena Xcentric Ventures LLC for your contact information, IP address, any other information which would identify you, and any other messages that you have posted on the website known as “Rip Off Report,” located at www.ripoffreport.com, under the pseudonym "Herman Liebowitz" or any other pseudonym, about one or more of the Plaintiffs.

Global Security Group has never done business with anyone named Herman Liebowitz, and, as the tone of these libelous, unfounded, and bizarre allegations indicate, was actually written by a deranged individual bent on slandering the company's outstanding reputation. Despite the fact that this posting was made through the use of a proxy server in an attempt to shield the individuals name and IP address, we are well aware the individuals name and physical address. Mr. Katz does concede, however, that he could stand to lose a few pounds.
