Complaint Review: David's Lock Service

Please, please do yourself a favor and don't use this company. They charged me approximately 3x the estimated price they provided for a car lockout. The locksmith provided a completely illegitimate reason for the price increase. When I contacted the company to try to resolve this, I was repeatedly promised a call back from the owner, Mark, which never happened. I spoke with Jessica, who claimed to be a supervisor but (according to another employee) is not. I also spoke with Shay, who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Unless you want to be scammed, PLEASE do yourself a favor and don't patronize this company. If you need car lockout service/a reputable locksmith, call AAA (even if you're not a member, they can refer you) or the number on the back of your credit card (they can also refer you to a reputable company).

Edit: I attempted to resolve my concerns with the Better Business Bureau and the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office, but the business did not respond to either complaint (further proof, in my mind, that this business is not legitimate).
