Complaint Review: David Stanley Dodge

In november of 2001 I bought a 1995 4X4 nissan pickup from ther used car lot on saturday. Sunday when i had a chance to really get out and drive the it I tested the four wheel driveout and everything worked out fine. Ithen took it to the car wash and washed the truck. Almost all the paint on the bed of the truck blew off.

Monday morning I tried to take the truck back to them and asked for them to take the truck back and give my trade in back. After a couple of hours of aurguing the assitstant manager told me to get the hell of his car lot.

Itried to talking to a lawyer he told me there was nothing i could do cause the stste of oklahoma does not have lemon laws in effect.

So I let the truck get repoed insstead of pay for it .
